• Unblocked: Are all exit doors and hallways clear of clutter?
• Unlocked: Can exit doors be opened easily from the inside without a key?
• Signs: are “EXIT” signs illuminated and working (battery backup test)?

• Function Test: Do the emergency lights turn on when you press the test button?
• Aiming: Are the heads pointed to illuminate the path to the exit?
